Question by longlivekrista: How can we make sex less painful?

It's always hurt when my boyfriend and I have sex. This has gone on for years. I know it's because he always jumps right into it without any foreplay. We're usually pressed for time, so I understand. How can I make it hurt less for me? I usually just find something like a pillow to grab tightly, but I know it's not nearly as good for him if he knows I'm not into it.
