If a man who knows he has genital warts continues to have casual sex w/woman is that wrong if he uses a condom?

I know a man who continues to have one night stands with women, knowing that he has genital warts. He obviously doesn't volunteer this information and knows that even with the use of condoms he might be potentially spreading the disease. Do you think this is wrong?

it depends on the situtation
if he is taking meds and dong between outbreaks and using a condom
i think it is still wrong

but as a partner you should always ask the other one if they have ne diseases that you should know about before engaging in ne sexual activity

this is why i wont sleep with ne one after just one night
